When a reservation is made, payment information may be processed by our reservation/payment service provider (see section 7).
we do not store your full bank details on our systems, except in specific cases linked to reservation guarantees (e.g. fingerprint) managed by the service provider and/or the establishment in accordance with the reservation conditions. Where applicable, this data is deleted / purged in accordance with the service provider's rules and applicable legal obligations.

C) Invoicing / accounting / legal obligations

  • Purpose: invoicing, accounting, tax and legal obligations

  • Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c)

  • Retention: up to 10 years for accounting documents (depending on obligations)

D) Customer relationship management & service quality

  • Purpose: customer follow-up, assistance, complaints management, service improvement

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) and/or contract (art. 6.1.b)

  • Retention: 36 months (excluding legal obligations)

E) Satisfaction surveys / statistics

  • Purpose: to measure satisfaction, improve our services, analyses

F) Newsletter & canvassing

  • Purpose: to send information, news and offers

  • Retention: until unsubscription or 3 years after last active contact

G) Site security / fraud prevention

  • Purpose: security, prevention of abuse, technical logs

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f)

  • Retention: duration proportionate to security objectives

6) Who has access to your data?

Only when necessary, and with contractual guarantees (RGPD):

  • reservation & payment service provider (reservation management, collection/guarantees)

  • hosting provider

  • hotel software publisher / storage

  • emailing / marketing service providers

  • competent authorities (only when required by law)

We do not sell or rent your data.

7) Booking & payment

When you make a reservation, you may be redirected to a service provider offering a reservation/payment solution. In this case :

  • certain data is required to process the reservation, secure payment and execute the contract

  • the service provider acts as a sub-contractor (or separate manager depending on its role) and applies its own security measures and, where applicable, its own confidentiality policy.

8) Retention periods

Unless otherwise required by law :

  • data relating to requests (contact/quotes): up to 36 months

  • customer data (sales/marketing relationship): up to 36 months after the last active contact, or until unsubscription for the newsletter

  • accounting documents: up to 10 years (legal obligation)

  • technical data (logs / security): proportionate duration, limited to what is strictly necessary

After this period, the data is deleted or made anonymous.
